1. Zero Guest PII Architecture

BookingPing operates on a strict Zero Guest PII policy. Our probe engines exclusively monitor public infrastructure signals (DNS zone records, SSL/TLS cryptographic handshakes, HTTP status headers, and RDAP registration metadata). We never access, capture, process, or store guest booking details, names, credit cards, or customer personal identifiable information.

2. Account Information We Collect

We only collect operator contact details required to deliver alert notifications (your email address, and optionally your phone number for SMS and WhatsApp alerts) and payment tokens managed securely via Stripe.

3. GDPR Compliance & Data Sovereignty

Rabbit SaaS Limited complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated domain check records at any time from your Operator Dashboard.
