1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using BookingPing (a product of Rabbit SaaS Limited), you agree to these Terms of Service. BookingPing provides automated domain, SSL certificate, and email deliverability health monitoring services for short-term rental and hotel websites.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to only add domains and websites that you own, manage, or have explicit permission to monitor. You may not use BookingPing to conduct denial of service attacks or flood third-party endpoints.

3. Subscription & Cancellations

Paid tiers (Studio, Boutique, Estate) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal with immediate effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
